We proudly offer a 30-day return and refund policy from the date your order is delivered. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at volcabeauty@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos of the product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with return instructions.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product should be unused and in its original condition where possible.
  • The item should be returned in reasonable condition.
  • Whenever possible, please return the product in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was sent.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

After reviewing the information, we'll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
