We want you to love the way Volca makes your skin feel. We know shopping online for skincare can feel a little uncertain, so we've built our policy to make sure you always feel confident purchasing from us.
Return Policy
Volca accepts returns on items purchased through our website within 30 days of your delivery date, under the following conditions:
- The item is unopened and unused, in its original packaging
- There is no visible sign of damage or tampering
- You have your order confirmation (receipt or order number)
Because Volca products are skincare items that come into direct contact with skin, opened or used products cannot be physically returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Items returned after 30 days of delivery cannot be accepted.
Our 30 Day Glow Guarantee
We stand behind our formulas. If you've tried Volca and you're not happy with your results, you don't need to send anything back — just email us at volcabeauty@gmail.com within 30 days of your delivery date with your order number and a quick note on what didn't work for you. We'll review your request and offer a refund or replacement, whichever makes sense for your situation.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used skincare products (covered instead by our 30 Day Glow Guarantee above)
- Items without proof of purchase
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at volcabeauty@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Our team will respond with next steps based on the conditions outlined in this policy.
Return Shipping
If your return is approved for a physical return (unopened items only), you'll be responsible for your own return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit, etc.).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds can take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider (2–3 business days is typical after we process it). If it's been longer than that and you still don't see your refund, email us at volcabeauty@gmail.com and we'll look into it for you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at volcabeauty@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We use carrier tracking and delivery timestamps to review these requests, so reporting promptly helps us resolve things quickly.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, an approved unopened return will be issued as a gift credit instead of a refund to the original purchaser's payment method.
