If payment has already been captured for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

Orders are fulfilled through our trusted fulfillment partner, TeemDrop, and shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Volca is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other government fees depending on the destination country.

Responsibility for these charges varies by destination. Where applicable, these fees may be collected at checkout or charged by local customs authorities upon delivery.

8. Returns & Refunds

Your purchase is covered by our 30-Day Return & Refund Policy.
