Shipping Policy

Volca partners with international shipping carriers and local couriers to ship orders worldwide. All orders are fulfilled through our supplier network and shipped directly from our fulfillment partner's facility to your door.

Your order and all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. To help prevent fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or that require additional verification may be delayed and/or cancelled.

Shipping Cost

We currently offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide, with no minimum purchase required.

Shipping Process

We require between 2–5 working days on average to process and fulfill your order before it's handed to our shipping carrier. Some orders may take longer, especially around major holidays (up to 10 days), or if your order includes items experiencing stock availability issues.

Once your order has begun processing, we're unable to make any changes to it, including address changes. We can only ship to the address provided at checkout.

We process and ship orders during business days only, and do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email.

For orders with multiple items, products may ship separately and arrive on different dates, since items can be fulfilled from different supplier locations.

Tracking

All orders are processed with a tracking number, which is emailed to you once your order is dispatched to the carrier.

Because our products are shipped internationally, it can take several business days for tracking information to first appear or update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there's still no tracking information available, please contact us at volcabeauty@gmail.com.

Delivery Estimates

Our products are fulfilled internationally, so delivery times vary by destination. Specific delivery dates are not guaranteed β€” these are estimates for your reference, in addition to our 2–5 day processing time:

While we do everything we can to make sure your order arrives on time, Volca cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, or carrier disruptions. These can cause delays beyond the estimates above.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or clearance fees once they reach your country. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient β€” Volca has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

If a shipment is refused at customs and returned to us, you will be responsible for any import taxes incurred and any return shipping costs.

Customs policies vary by country. If you have questions about potential charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Volca is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after a carrier confirms delivery to your address. If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please report it directly to the relevant shipping carrier and file a claim with them.

We use carrier tracking and delivery timestamp information when reviewing damage or non-delivery claims, so we recommend reporting any issue as soon as possible β€” we may not be able to honor claims reported significantly after the fact.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It's the buyer's responsibility to make sure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct before submitting an order. We begin processing orders quickly after they're placed, so we're unable to make changes to an order β€” including address corrections β€” once it has entered our shipping process.
